Payment Dates and Details

Current Statement of Accounts - Updated March 11th, 2022

  • March 11th, 2022 - First Payment of $1,050 received.
  • September 21st, 2022 - Progress Payment of $2,500 Due.  You will receive the invoice via email, a week before the due date.  This invoice can be paid via Credit Card.  
  • January 6th, 2023 - Final Payment based on the total number of people is due.  This payment can only be made via bank transfer. You will receive the invoice via email, and bank details a week before the due date.  Before this date, please make sure that we have received all the information we need from you - see next section.  
  • January 21st, 2023 - Payment for last minute sign-ups or add-ons due in cash.



Information you need to provide to Istmo before [FIRSTNIGHT:-40 days]  

  • Scanned copies of the signed waiver from each member of the retreat (participants and organizers).   You can download the waiver for printing HERE.  
  • Information for each individual member of the retreat filled out on  THIS SPREADSHEET.  The information we need includes:
    • Proposed room distribution of participants and leaders/organizers.
    • Flight Info,
    • Dietary Restrictions
    • The number of times (if any) each member of the retreat would like Animal Protein added to their meals for $5/meal.
    • Emergency contact information for each member of the retreat.
  • General  Information about the retreat filled out on THIS Document.  The information we need includes:
    • Proposed Shuttle Pick-up time at Airport/City.
    • Proposed Daily Schedule - specifically meal times.  
    • Proposed time of Additional Activities and whether it will be an included activity (invoiced to the retreat leader) or an optional activity (invoiced to each individual participant).  



Information you can use to Promote your retreat at Istmo and answer the FAQs of the participants. 

Link to FAQs for Retreat Participants - You may share this general page directly with your retreat participants, or use the information on it to build your own retreat specific Welcome Package/FAQ page.  


Link to Folder with pictures and text you may use to market the retreat.  If there are some specific photos you would like access to just let us know.  Please feel free to take any text off our website, too.

  • A link to a webpage that has additional information about your retreat, and where people can sign up for and pay for the retreat.  
  • What makes your retreat unique.
  • Testimónialas from previous clients.
  • Retreat Schedule.  
  • A retreat banner and/or flyer.  
  • The Pricing of the Retreat Packages you are offering at Istmo.  

You can send some or all of this requested information to info@istmoretreat.com.  Once we receive this information from you we will add you to our Upcoming Retreat Page, start promoting you on our Instagram and Facebook Pages, and highlight your retreat on our Quarterly Newsletters.
