Our menu is designed to cater to all dietary needs, offering gluten-free, vegan, and allergy-friendly options. Inspired by the diverse culinary traditions of Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia, and Panama, each dish is a culinary journey. From fresh seafood and tropical fruits to comforting vegetarian dishes, every meal leaves you feeling nourished, rejuvenated, and ready for the next adventure.
Ideal Location for Your Small Group Retreat: Secluded Yet Convenient
Istmo is nestled on 4 acres of beautiful land including an acre of untouched rainforest. Immerse yourself in nature as you explore our scenic walking trail, which takes you to a peaceful pond, home to a family of dwarf caimans. The pond flows into a creek that runs through the property, surrounding our yoga studio and leading to the nearby beach.
Our property is also home to a wide variety of tropical fruit trees, such as mango, guava, avocado, and dragon fruit. You’ll be surrounded by vibrant wildlife, from playful tamarin monkeys and colorful toucans to iguanas!
