Retreat leaders often want to have an idea of an ideal retreat schedule. Here is a schedule that one of our return clients has stuck to for five years. Her retreat always sells out months ahead, and she has planned her retreats down to a science.
I love this schedule because it has plenty of downtime and several off-site activities. I also love how from 4:30 pm onwards, the group focuses on being together.
They start the evening by ordering drinks, then, in the restaurant area (since we only rent out the entire facility, the restaurant is all yours), they get into the nitty-gritty of their coaching sessions.
Dinner is served as the coaching winds down, followed by some stretching/yoga/meditation in the Yoga Studio.
That is a lovely retreat evening, wouldn't you say? Her clients sure seem to love it!
